Hi,
i would like to work with tickets in confluence. For example in different columns "ToDo`s - Work in Prozess - Done etc. Is there any function like that. I need your help.
Thanks a lot.
Sincerely
Ihsan
Hi @ihsan bitirim and welcome to the community,
You can't work with tickets in Confluence, as @Dirk Ronsmans suggested. Try using a kanban like board with Jira Software or Work Management.
Hey @ihsan bitirim ,
I don't think so, that's also not the use case for Confluence.
Confluence is a document management system/wiki and not a ticketting system.
If you need that functionality you would need to look to the Jira suite (Jira Software/Work Management/Service Management)
Since you mention columns, I'd think more in the lines of Software/Work Management

thanks for the answer.
I see, and do you know, if it would work to have a ticket page on Jira but we see that on our confluence page?
