This Confluence subscription is deactivated. How to quickly reactivate

Anandh Sundar December 28, 2022

Our subscription is de-activated possibly due to a billing issue, weirdly I did not get any alerts despite being an admin. Ideally, there should be an emailer for billing failure so that its possible to ensure these things don't repeat

As you are being an admin you can directly go to Setting (top right) then under billing section --> Manage subscriptions you can re-activating by paying.

Thanks Nimish but this is not visible since the billing just does not appear!

Then you are not an admin.

You'll need to get in touch with your site admins, and check with the people named as billing contacts why they ignored the reminders.

@Anandh Sundar

You may be a Confluence Admin but not be elevated to the additional access levels that give you access to billing information. Only the people with access to billing information would be notified about billing problems and warned about site deactivation.

Thanks a lot. This was resolved quickly, and we have fixed the billing contact issue. Another point to update the offboarding checklist\
