The ":status" text pops up next to the tag

When I copy and paste a status tag, the text ":status" appears next to the tag, which is inconvenient. It wasn’t like this until March, but it suddenly started happening. Very incovenient.

I just tried this in my Standard instance and do not have this issue. I am still on the old navigation, though, so I don't know if it might be related to this. 

Are you on the new navigation?

Also, I pasted the status in a new blank paragraph, though I pasted a status in the middle of a sentence of text last week and did not have the issue then.

Are you copying/pasting within the same page or copying from another page and pasting? I don't know why this would matter, just trying to gather more information that can help a community member answer your question.
