The images and Videos in my report are broken/wrong format when exported to Pdf.

I have a huge report filled with Texts, various Images and Videos, when exported as Pdf, the Texts, the images and Videos are sometimes wrong format and some are mixed with each other. 

Do you have any recommendations with which format I should load the Images or Videos with?

Or do I need to make any changes in settings during exporting?

@Chethan Gowda Yashodara by any chance are you hitting this bug CONFCLOUD-72746 ? is this happening to all of your attachments?

@Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket]yes my problem is a part of what is described in that Ticket. The 2nd Picture in my above query shows my problem related to the ticket. The images loaded are all pretty much of similar sizes. Most of them maintain their original size but a few are enlarged.

Then you may try the workaround suggested in the bug ticket:

Workaround

If the images are centrally aligned:
Resize the image.

If the images are left-aligned:
1. Centre the image
2. Increase the size
3. Left align the image
4. Publish the page

and see if that helps :)

@Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket] Unfortunately the above Workaround did not help me. It actually made my Exported Pdf much worse. Now more images are zoomed in, each small image takes a Whole page or sometimes only a part of the image is displayed. 

And the videos that I had added, after export are just images. 

Having the right size of the image and Videos playing in the Exported PDF is a very important requirement for us.

@Chethan Gowda Yashodara This is very odd behaviour. I suggest reaching out to Atlassian support  to troubleshoot this further.

Hi @Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket] , I reached out to the Atlassian Support and wrote a Ticket for this Bug. Unfortunately they suggested the exact same "Workaround" what you wrote before and they will not be investing any more time in finding a solution for it. No matter what I do, the images in a table are exported in wrong sizes in the PDF. 

The only way for me is: Export the report into Word and make the necessary changes to the table, resize the image and save as pdf.

I don't know what you are talking about,my Google lens came up with 3 different readings from the QR code.it was on a claims report from state farm ,an accident that I was supposed to be involved,never happened, but apparently they filed a police report and claim with state farm, they were my insurance company untill March. I think it's some scam and the QR code is hinky,plus I got bad vibes from the first text.sorry to bore you with this but it seems like a case of 6 degrees of separation ?the socalled victim is unknown to me and I would have all his pertinent info that you normally get after totalling35 between 25 and Tacoma in a 25 mile and hour zone,the witness said the driver was25 to 35 I wasfrivers 69 at the time of this incident, the cop had my driver's license and I look a long ways past 35 or 55, anyone have knowledge of similar scams maybe this info could help them
