The folders feature has disappeared and now we can't delete existing folders

Hi there, 

We've been using the beta folders feature in our wiki, but noticed yesterday that the option to view folders has disappeared. Additionally, when we attempt to delete any folders, we're getting a permission error. Does someone know what the issue might be?

Ouch, that is bad news. As you are on a Premium plan, I'd suggest to contact Atlassian Support directly in order to get this fixed ASAP. After all, you're paying for premier support.

@Bella Pavliger There was an article a couple days ago about this feature going from Beta to full rollout: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/%EF%B8%8F-Announcing-Folders-in-Confluence-%EF%B8%8F/ba-p/2815300#M12640 

Maybe the issues you are experiencing are related to this rollout. Maybe you could post your issue in a comment on this article to get help from the Atlassian team involved.
