The IP address has been rejected because it is not on the allowedlist

Hi,

I used the /wiki/rest/api/content api to request specific content from a space to be used in our company’s internal system.

I read that the documentation mentioned the Atlassian account administrator need to whitelist the requesting server’s ip which we did. However, the request was rejected with the error message of “The IP address has been rejected because it is not on the allowed list. See your admin for more information”.

Is there any way we can debug this and resolve the issue? Or any steps we are missing?
