Hi, just making known question on a area of employment/department of business. The human resources and onboarding? Finding a source data and the people's data. The channels open to people that have a skill that don't have resource or family members in corporation yet have determined factors that replicate a business-to-business efficiency practice.

For example, this Confluence cloud app and the exchange of information. I am not a HR expert, however the niche areas to HR departments and software developer and this portal, other than Google search that l source information from. Having available insight from professionals from Information technology specifics on HR and recruitment, how is technology expertise viewing this process of recruitment? The recruitment process is, or the initial aspect to this stage of employment is mostly online.

Thanks for your response.
I am becoming familiar with Atlassian platform and the different tools available, although broad knowledge of software and facilitation of online tools.
Questions on HR, currently what is happening in this area regarding people in university final year and the onboarding experience with appropriate qualifications.
With regards to applications and a community hub the online experience and recruitment pools, and the knowledge that could be passed on to people that seek to make ways into the Information tech world with the right qualifications.
