Text rotation in the header of a table

I would like to know if I can change the alignment of the text from a cell in a table. Changes could be like:

Where do you enter the code? I cannot find the code space..

If you have Admin privileges

1. go to Admin

2. go to general configuration

3. go to User Macro

4. create new User Macro

5. enter the macro details

6. select 'Rendered' in the Definition of User Macro

That should work
