Templates

I have a template promoted in a space where i am admin, and when i click in create it does not give me the choice to select that template

@Cristina I've outlined the process in the diagram below:

Are you saying that, when you do step 3, the template you're looking for is not displayed in the list? All blueprints promoted in this space should be included—if you have an edited version of the blueprint, that is the version you get here (I just tried this).

Hi Cristina,

you should be able to apply a template to your newly created page by selecting the desired template at the very bottom of the page once you have created it.

Does this resolve your issue?

Hey, Christina!

One thing that comes to mind is that it could be a blueprint template, not an actual page template. It needs to show inCreate → Templates.

Another thing you can check is in Space Settings. There you might see that it is a draft, and not yet published.

Even as an admin you still need the global permssions to work on the template. Hope this helps.
