A department in my org is using Team Calendars for Confluence on Data Center. They have over a hundred users on the calendar and are combining a lot of calendars. They have been using it for quite a while so now t is overloaded with data and the page loads extremely slowly or does not load at all.
They have been advised that this is not the best use case, and modifications have been suggested to split the usage onto different calendars, but they persist.
Is there a way to purge old data from the Calendar to perhaps lighten what the page is trying to load?
@Kathleen Hart I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian. My guess is that they could provide a SQL script to clean up old entries. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
