I created little boxes (called task list) that I can use to "check mark" peoples name for member attendance during a meeting. Is there a tool or widget that I can add so that I can save this "report" for future access? I tired to export the page but the check marks dont show up once exported. If this is not possible any other creative solutions or work arounds?

Could you use the Task Report Macro to keep track of these? It has a way to filter by "completed".
