Hi, I am still new to Confluence and have the following problem: Until now I have always worked with Notion. There I had a list for my weekly calls. Per appointment I had one row in my table. Each call had a subpage with the content, a multi-select with tags for the participants, topics and the date.

My Question: Can I have a multi-select with tags in Confluence? I want to be able to quickly select the topics discussed from a list of existing tags. The same goes for the participants. I want to quickly add "Jacob", "Marie" and "Julian" without having to type the name each time. Similar to the tags when writing a question here in Confluence.

Thank you!

For multiple names, i would recommend creating a team.  Assign the participants to a team.  Then you @ the team name.

@Marjorie Thank you for your reply. I've had that thought, too. However, I also want to write down external people so that I know later who was on which call.
