My table in Confluence doesn't have this feature - sticky heading row when scrolling.

and my Table doesn't have any issues listed below:

  • the space is using the documentation theme.
  • your table is inside a page layout, or inside another table.
  • your table has no header row or there are cells in the top row that aren't marked as headers.
  • your table has a header column, instead of a header row, and scrolls horizontally.
  • your table contains another table, that has its own header row.

Could you please let me know why?

Thanks,

Linda

Hi @Linda Wong ,

If you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app in your instance, you may freeze rows/columns and set the desired table height via the Table Filter macro.

You may read here about the settings.

What concerns the standard sticky headers, it's hard for me to tell why you are facing this issue. Try to create a multiple-row table with plain dummy text/numbers (without any other macros in the cells) and see if the header sticks.

Thank you for the feedback. I have tried to create numbers of rows and columns and put simple text in the table, it still didn't work for me.

If Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app has purchase fee, then I have to ask my company about it. Thank you for the suggestion.
