TOC formatting after recent updates

Good morning Atlassian Community!

It seems my Table of Contents formatting has recently turned to all black text, instead of the previous link-blue text.  Now, my TOC blends into the rest of the document, and looks nothing like a TOC.  Does anyone know how to change the text color back to link-blue, so it's obvious it's a TOC?  I'd greatly appreciate any assistance!  Thank you!
