I want to make it easy for Windows users to access a menu in the start menu using a URI to launch the settings app from the browser. 

Confluence says that the link for my display text is invalid.

I want the following string in my instructions:

Click here to open Access work or school

Is there a workaround for this? Pasting this string with link works in Slack, Outlook, and apparently JIRA but not Confluence.
