Support Portal Bug: "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL" blocks free tier ticket creation

I am attempting to submit a query to check my active storage space on my free instance, but your contact support system has a validator bug that completely blocks the submission.

• My Active URL: https://gotoashok.atlassian.net/
• The Bug: When entering my valid URL under the "Account Login and Email Issues" or "Technical Issues and Bugs" category, the form outputs the error message: "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL."

Because this automated validator is falsely failing to recognize my actual site workspace, I am trapped in a loop and cannot submit my original request. Could an internal support specialist manually look up the storage metrics for gotoashok.atlassian.net and reply here? Thank you.

As a site admin, you can check your usage directly by going to admin.atlassian.com, selecting your organization, and navigating to Site settings ➔ Storage.

Track storage and move data across apps | Atlassian Support

Keep in mind that Confluence Free is capped at 2 GB of file storage, so if you hit that limit, you will need to delete old attachments or upgrade your plan.

I don't see  Site settings ➔ Storage in my admin view. what I'm missing?

Apps - Sites - Choose your Site - That will redirect you to Site Menu where you will see also Storage.

It show "No sites found' under Apps - Sites, I tired to search "stoarge" in the search box it only show "Data residency" and it doesn't contain any storage info.

The primary reason I am reaching out is to open a support ticket regarding my workspace storage. My site URL is https://gotoashok.atlassian.net/wiki/home , and I would like to know our current storage consumption. Could you please pull this data from the backend ?
