Supplier Login through Supplier portal

Hello, how can my supplier login into confluence with the supplier portal ID? Do they use their company email address (since they do not have Mercedes Benz email address)?

This really depends on the number of factors and how your Atlassian Administration/Organization is set up.

Like, are you using IdP or local accounts? In case of IdP, is SSO configured? What's the policy for internal vs. external accounts? And so on...

I'd suggest reaching out to the instance app admin, or, even better, the organization admin. They will most likely know what the protocol would be related to your request/question. (especially if we're talking about Enterprise apps)
There are probably some messaging channels or service desks where you could raise this question. 👀
