Hello
I am trying to subscribe from Thunderbird to a team calendar. I do not see any restriction settings in the calendar. I tried also also on Gnome Evolution.
I am asked to enter my credentials, which I copy/paste from keepassxc. So they cannot be wrong since I used it every day to login.
I get depending on the app different error messages:
- http 401 error
- the credentials you have entered were not accepted
- one evolution I got one time a bad format error.
Is there somewhere any other setting that interferes here or am I missing something? Thanks for your help.
Hi @Gian-Maria Daffré welcome to the community. I would reach out to your Confluence Administrator and find out what they are using for credentials management, and to ensure that you do indeed have a licensed account in your instance.
Thank you @Craig Nodwell
We are using the Atlassian Confluence Community License.
I tried also with the role as administrator, but was not able to solve the matter.
I read also in the documentation about using a API token - tried it, but no success.
