Stopped receiving email notification for edited pages

Hi,

In our space, we don't receive notification emails from pages we're watching. It only works when someone has been mentioned or when a new page has been published. But when a page is edited, we don't get notified.

We've checked our settings configuration in Confluence as described in confluence and it seems to be alright.

This is strange as it used to work until few months ago. We didn't have any changes to the space settings or any other change.

I went in the global configuration and I checked that email notifications are enabled.

I went to personal settings and also the email notifications are enabled.

We are team of 6 working in this space and none of us are getting email notifications when a page is edited. This is the only space we have as an organisation in Confluence.

@Mary Palancianu you may need to check the settings on your email server if no team members are receiving these communications. Please review the documentation at the link below.

The strange thing is that shortly after I posted this, the notification started to work. It worked for 2 days and now, again, we are not receiving any notification when a document is edited.

We use Gmail and Office 365 email server with standard configuration.
