Stop notification for other users

Hi, 

I am my team confluence admin and would like to change notifications settings for them to only receive i.e what's related to content they created. Is there a way I can do this? 

For now, I only see 2 options:

1. either they do this through their profile settings 

2. I do this for everybody but I will then stop all notifications 

I would like to do this for all users in the same way we do it in Jira. Only be notified for content they created or where they are mentioned.

This page has all available confluence notifications https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/subscribe-to-email-notifications/

You solely, can't change another's user notifications. So you have to guide them to subscribe to "Subscribe to a daily digest" and likely to "Show changed content".
