Hi! Since one of the last updates, every time I write a comment on a card, I automatically start following that card. Is there an easy way to stop that? I´ve only seen 2 options: clicking the Follou up buttom every time or stopping all the notifications. Thanks!

You can disable this autowatch feature.  But the steps to do are slightly different between Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.

When in Jira Cloud:  You can click your user avatar in the bottom left corner, and select personal settings.  On that page there is a setting called 'Watch your issues', set this to disabled.  This way you could still comment on an issue without becoming a watcher.

When in Confluence Cloud: Same avatar icon in the bottom left, but select the Settings option.  On that page there is an 'Email' link to click that will take to you a bunch of your account settings.  You need to first click the 'edit' button at the bottom of the page to be able to disable the 'Autowatch feature' by unchecking the box and then submit your changes.
