Hello everyone,
we are experiencing issues with one of our Confluence instances. Our space tools have suddenly gone missing.
I have already researched in the communit and read other threads about this topic, but nothing has provided a solution. There is even an "official" workaround for this in the Atlassian knowledge base. However, not even this worked for us.
I have full admin rights with the user I use to log in. Does anyone have an idea for a solution? We have second similar instance where everything works as it is supposed to.

Welcome to community. Have you tried running in safe mode to see if it caused by a plugin? (https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html) What changes did you make before this happened?

thank you for the quick reply. I actually can't really tell what changes were made before the tools disappeared. Last time I needed them was some time in the fall. Back then, everything worked fine and I haven't paid attention to wether they are there not until now that I have to make more changes to our spaces.
I have not tried running safe mode. Thank you for this suggestion. I will give it a try.
