Our process for creating new spaces is to copy an existing space, restrict access at the Space Permissions level, make changes, and then remove the restrictions when we go live. But we have a space with no restrictions on it, even at the Home-page level, yet it does not appear to Anon users. We do allow Anonymous View permission. This happened before a while back and cannot remember what we did to resolve it.
@Nadja Pollard Can you confirm that your space permissions are correct https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/make-a-space-public-829076202.html
Can you also confirm that the site is set up for public access? (If other spaces are public and do not require login then that would be sufficient)
Do you have any apps that could impact space permissions?
Global Permissions: Anonymous set to Can Use
Individual space: Anonymous set to View
Space Home page: Restrictions set to No Restrictions
