I have created a number of spaces. I have some of these spaces showing iun the sidebar. I have assigned icons (avatars if you will) to several of thse spaces.
If I am in any of these spaces I can see that space icon at the top of the sidebar.
But from the home page, where I have added the spaces to the sidebar I see different icons, little grey icons.
I want to see my icons (avatars) for each space in the sidebar.
How do I do this?
And where are these little grey icons coming from, there are different ones depending on the page type.
Confluence 6.2.2
Example images show home page, with sidebar listings for a number of spaces. The spaces have a small grey icon.
But if I go to a specific space the custom logo for that space is clearly shown at the top of the sidebar.
I would really like that logo / avatar what ever you want to call it show in the sidebar on the home page so users can just glance and pick instead of having to read and search.
We are operating in a multilingualenviroment, so doing all the tittles in three languges is not on due to space available if nothing else. Graphics are faster and easier.
I see what you mean, Morning Meetings and Web Site would ideally display their logos on the Space Shortcuts. I do not have a workaround at this time but the issue has been reported before:
Custom Logo for Space Shortcut Link
