Space Import error

Hi, I have been having trouble importing a space which I exported from the cloud site in Jan 2020, when I try to import the file on a new site, I get the following error. 

The following error(s) occurred:

• There was an error during import. Please see our guide to raising a bug report.

Unfortunately, there's no way for us to tell why your import failed without looking at the log files. It would require me to raise a support ticket for you.

Should I go ahead and do that for you now? This would then allow us to gain access to your site in order to help troubleshoot your import issue.
