Space Export

I can export a space as a html file but not xml file. If I convert the html file to xml file using an online convert can I import that file to confluence?

that probably won’t work.

Do you have export permission in your space, so that you can export the space in XML?

I have permisson to export but if I try to export the whole space it stucks at %99 for 2 hours right now. Then I have tried custom export with selecting only some pages then it gives me that error "there was an error in the export. please check your log files. couldn't backup database data". I want export that space and import to another confluence. What should I do?

I’ll recommend raising a ticket with Atlassian as they’ll be able to review the logs and ascertain why this fails.

Oh, I see.

Without the access to log we cannot find out, what’s the problem, and as you are on a free plan you cannot create support issue.
