Hi

Can anyone suggest a solution to help my sales colleagues source relevant content within Confluence quickly and easily - ideally dynamically showing results in one page - instead of using a tree system to click to source different types of material?

To explain, we have case studies, testimonials, ondemand webinars, guides, brochures and industry reports. What a sales person requires is to easily source these by industry, job role and region. To view a list of material related to this search criteria. 

I understand there are a few AI agents that can provide this but require additional cost - was looking at inbuilt solution.

Hi @nicholas_molloy 

Rovo Search (Atlassians built in AI-tool) is very fast and accurate in finding information. It is included in all plans so you have access to it on Standard. There are user limitis on number of requests but I think you have healthy amount of "credits" to spend.

Have you activated Atlassian AI in your instance?

It is under Administration -> Platform experience ->AI settings
