Sometimes an external image is not copied in the Confluence page

Hi,

I have a problem. Sometimes, when we try to copy and paste an external image in a Confluence page it doesn't work.

Strange is that if we paste with keyboard(CTRL+V) it's working, but if we use mouse(right click + paste) not.

Can you help us, please?
