Slow connection, I can not login

We have permanent slow connection with our Confluence and JIRA version. Half of a team can login and other half get error like this:

The following error(s) occurred:

• Please re-enter your login details and type in the word below.

Then Confluence offer me to login with catpcha. I do. And when I login it sign me out!

Is this our own Confluence Server or Confluence Cloud? If it is the latter, you should raise a support issue. If it's your own hosted solution, you'd probably want to start investigation from your logs; taking a couple of thread dumps to see what's going on and then restarting your Confluence.
