Slack Notifications + Confluence Cloud integration issue, suddenly stopped working

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Slack / Confluence integration was working fine before, suddenly I am not longer getting any notifications on slack about changes on confluence.
When I go to Integrations > Slack Notifications, I am met with this error
Or from the 3 dots > Slack Notifications, I get this error
However, it is not restricted, although both Slack and Confluence seem to think so. This is the message I get when trying to reconnect on Slack:
But if I click the three dots in confluence and go to Restrictions, I am met with:
I am not sure what to do, is it possible to somehow add Slack as a user to my space to fix this? I searched and could not find the answer.
