Hi there,

I have been paying for the licenses to Confluence Server and Advanced tables for a while now and the site that was running on top of it (wiki.strivecap.com) doesn't seem to be working. Any guess to what that might be? We still own the strivecap.com domain and it still works, but somehow I can't get into it.

Cheers.

Nuno

Hello @Nuno Goncalves Pedro

Thank you for reaching out.

Your Confluence license is properly active and everything seems to be fine about the product subscription, so I believe you might be facing a technical issue. Please try the steps below:

  1. If the instance is not accessible for everyone in your team, please check if any errors are returned in your Confluence logs. Also, provide us with the screenshot of the error returned when trying to access the page:
    Working with Confluence Logs
  2. Is there any other site-admin in your Confluence instance? If yes, please ask him to check if he can log on the site and check if your user is properly active in the instance by following the documentation below:
How to log a list of licensed users
  3. If your site is accessible by other persons in your instance, please try to login using incognito mode or a different browser

Let us know if this information helps.
