Hello Atlassian Team,
My Confluence Cloud site https://mbangas.atlassian.net has become unavailable. The error page shows "Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable - Please check Atlassian Status for known problems".
I am the site owner. My account email is mbangas.e@gmail.com.
Context:
- The site contained approximately 20 Confluence spaces with 5 years of personal and professional data (example URL: /wiki/spaces/FINANCE/pages/98437/Pr+t+Emprunt)
- When I log in to home.atlassian.com with my account, the site no longer appears in my products list
- The standard support contact form at support.atlassian.com does not recognize the URL "https://mbangas.atlassian.net" (returns "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL")
- I have not received any deactivation or deletion notification email that I am aware of
- The official Atlassian Status page shows no current incidents

Could an Atlassian Team member please:
1. Help me check the current status of my site (deactivated, scheduled for deletion, or already deleted)
2. Assist with reactivation if the data is still recoverable
3. Escalate to the appropriate internal team if needed, since the standard support form is not accepting my URL
This data is extremely important to me and I would deeply appreciate any help you can provide.
