Site Maintenance Issue

We are having site maintenance error for a while now and cannot access our jira board. Can you please help with getting the site back? We checked and it seems like our jira board should not be under maintenance.

Hi Suman,

According to https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ and https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/, there appears to be ongoing maintenance, specifically affecting Free tiered customers in some areas. Could it be that this is affecting you as well? 

If your site is located/pinned to one of these areas, the ongoing maintenance should be over within 2 hours from it starting.
