What draw.io version do you see in the help menu of the draw.io editor? It should be 29.2.6.

I can not open the editor. I need that missing edit-button.

And do you still have edit permissions on the page where the diagrams were saved?

If you don't I think that's the issue.

If you do it's best to reach out to draw.io support as @Nikola Perisic suggested.
