Since Upgrade the application link doesn't work anymore

Hello,

since we upgraded to confluence version 7.6.2 we have a problem with one linked application. The application can't be linked properly anymore, because now it requires an OAuth authentification. We asked the developer of the app (the app is called draw.io) but nobody can help us when we request a security token. We never had these problems with the application before.

We also tried running confluence in safe mode, but this also didn't help.

All application are upgraded to the latest versions, and we also bpught a licence for draw.io, but it still doenst work properly. Our already used diagrams are presented properly in confluence, but we can't create new diagramms. 

Has somebody experience the same problems and can probably help?
