We’re using the latest Simple Tables capability to consolidate Page Properties from 2,000+ pages using the Simple Table macro—so we no longer rely on the Page Properties Report, yet we still get sorting, grouping, search, renaming, and exports directly on the roll-up.
In the past we used the Table Filter macro and weren’t planning to change, but after a partner demo we switched. We’re thrilled—plus it runs on Atlassian Forge (no data egress) and, for our use case, it’s free.
My question is: Our company relies on Communardo Metadata to keep taxonomy consistent across many editors. Does Simple Tables read/resolve Communardo Metadata values embedded in Page Properties, so we can group/filter by those fields in the consolidated table? If yes, what’s the recommended setup (field mapping, column config, scale tips for 2k+ pages)? If not, what’s the best workaround—e.g., ensuring metadata is rendered into the Page Properties table so the Simple Table macro can wrap it, or exporting metadata to CSV and importing it into Simple Tables?
Thanks,
D.
You are asking questions about multiple Atlassian Marketplace apps rather than the built-in features of Confluence. Please contact the support teams for the vendors of those apps as they will better be able to address your questions. You can contact them from the Atlassian Marketplace on their specific product pages:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
Kind regards,
Bill
Hi @Bill Sheboy,
Thank you very much for your message and guidance. You are absolutely right. I’m still quite new to the Atlassian ecosystem, and I thought it would be easier to raise the question at once instead of contacting both vendors (Simpleasyty and Communardo) separately.
I apologize for the confusion and will make sure to reach out directly to the vendors through their Marketplace pages as you suggested. I really appreciate your kind reminder and the clarification.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi @Bill Sheboy as a follow-up, I just found this section called App Central. Would it be more appropriate to post my question there?

Hi @Daniel Whitmore -- The App Central area in this community is where vendors typically post content about their products, such as announcements and marketing. For support needs, I still recommend using the Support tab on each app's marketplace page as that will provide a direct / focused exchange with their team. Thanks!
