Shortcuts for table operation

Hi team, recently I work with the table heavily and have a few questions I wonder if there is a solution for them to improve my experience with the table operation on confluence page.

Q1: Is there a shortcut for merging cells? If not, is it possible to have one in the near future?

Q2: Is there a way to split an existing column into separate columns?

Hi @Emma based on this Jira CONFCLOUD-72555 , I would gather there isn't an easy way to do those operations from the Keyboard.

I would suggest voting for and watching that ticket for further updates.
