Shortcuts doesn't work in non-latin layouts

Hi!

There was a similar question raised a couple years ago and the fix was implemented from the editor, but not navigation and other shortcuts (create, edit, add to fav, etc.) in Spaces. It is possible to fix the issue everywhere in Confluence?

You're best to raise this as an issue on the public issue tracker - https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

That way (like with the CONFCLOUD-67629), Atlassian can be made aware of what specific issue and locations in Confluence are impacted by this.
