Set global access for Confluence software

Greetings !

In Jira, we have an option of giving a Custom created group with default access to Jira Software. Is this something I can achieve it for Confluence as well?

Background: I would like to create a group called "ABC_application-users".

I want all the users of my company to part for this group and able to allow user to login to Jira and Conflence

"ABC_application-users"

- jira-software-users

-confluence-users

ie instead of having every user to request for two groups, I would like to have them to part of "ABC_application-users" group by default and additionally request for more business roles.
