Session timeouts on MS Appproxy

Hi all

 

Checking if someone of this community has similar issues as we have since we started using the Myapplications portal of Microsoft.

We are using MS AppProxy configurations to have SSO for our confluence (and jira users) since a while now and discovered that after about 1 hour we get session timeouts (302 errors towards the microsoft login)

Did someone encounter this already and has found some solutions to this issue ?

We configured the proxy (and BaseURL) towards MS AppProxy and use the SSO add-on from Microsoft.

Hi Johan,

diable the Botkiller Plugin from Atlassian - it's known to cause these Issues & it will not serve andy useful purpose behind an authentication Proxy.

Thanks Chris for the tip.

I see that in Jira I can disable this plugin, but in Confluence there is no disable button.

Will also check with Atlassian, if they could verify this.
