Servers on pending

Hi there, I`ve a question about the check mk installation, when I install the agent on a server, some of them take all the alerts and work fine, but some server keeps the alerts on pending, so do you know why it happens?, The check mk is not monitoring those servers. Thanks

Hi @Frander Avalos and welcome,

please provide us more information. Try to access the application and check clustering status through clustering manu in the administration section.

Moreover, if possible check the atlassian-confluence.log files at servers side.
