Selecting a product

How do I select a product eg. Jira or confluence. I have started the DrFirst enrollment but I don't believe I completed this application because I do not have a hard or soft token. I also believe that I need to complete a logical access control action. So I was trying to complete this application and I don't quite understand.

There's no way we can tell you this, DrFirst is not an Atlassian system (or if it is, it is the local name for it within your organisation) and we don't know what your organisation expects you to do with it.

I think you will need to contact your administrators!  Maybe start by asking the people who asked you to complete this application?
