We are using Confluence as knowledge base in Jira Service Management. Is it possible to configure Confluence or the knowledge base in such a way that only in the title will be searched and not in the whole document?
Unfortunately this feature does not exist. You can limit the articles that a specific request type searches against by using labels on the associated articles and applying this label to the request type.
