Scroll-add-on gives error message for usage of makro excerpt include plus

Hi Atlassian community,

we have experienced massive problems with the Scroll-Add-on in conjunction with the use of a Publishing space and the embedding of makro "excerpt include plus" on certain Confluence pages.

We always embed our disclaimer in the internal space on certain Confluence pages and then, when we publish the respective page via an admin user to the Publishing Space, Confluence renders an error message as follows on the respective page in the Publishing Space:

The disclaimer is not being displayed correctly due to the above error.

We really hope you can help our company out since we have to manually adjust the page in the Publishing Space.
