Dear Team,
I am admin for Confluence Data Center. I upgraded to LTS bug fix patch from 7.19.7 to 7.19.11. It was a rolling upgrade. I only have 2 nodes in the cluster.

After upgrade I noticed that some number of running tasks never changed from 0.
It did not impact experience with Confluence in any way, But I could not find relevant information about it and I think is a bug which should be shared with Atlassian.
As You can see in a screenshot one node with older version had running tasks.
After upgrade both had 0 running tasks.
After 24h there are 0 running tasks displayed.Screenshot 2023-08-08 at 12.41.26.pngScreenshot 2023-08-08 at 12.44.13.png

I referred running tasks to Scheduled jobs and found these problems.
For example:
"Better Content Archiving: Analyse Content Quality", it is scheduled to run every day at 4am and history shows it runs, but column "Last Execution" shows May (yesterday it showed 10th and today 11th of May), and now is August.

Similar buggy behaviour is for all the jobs. When column "Next Execution" shows previous day, instead of the next. There are time drifts. And for each job problem is not the same. We would say that based on history it seems scheduled jobs ran, but we are not 100% sure though, and GUI's table is not getting updated correctly.

We also not sure when this problem appeared, it was noticed only after the latest upgrade.

My best regards,
Shpio
