Scaling recently changed when exporting to PDF

Has anyone else noticed that the scaling has changed when exporting a PDF.  Fonts are now defaulting to a larger size, which has made the page less of a WYSIWYG layout when exporting the page in a Space to a PDF.  We're trying to use the built in Release Notes capability, and now the font has change.  The top screenshot is from yesterday.  The bottom screenshot was from the middle of July.  Notice the text after the header is now almost as big as the header itself.  And all of the text after the header before the table is all "Normal Text" yet it is a different size.  I've already opened a support ticket, but I'm curious if anyone else has noticed the issue.  Support is encouraging me to get a Marketplace addon, but shouldn't I be able to do this with the base product?
