Hi there,
We would like to request a sales demo of Confluence to better understand how the platform can support our use cases. I’ve been exploring the free version to evaluate its capabilities, and we are now considering a broader adoption within our team.
We are particularly interested in Confluence for the following purposes:
1. Migrating our existing Word and PDF documents to Confluence.
2. Creating new content, such as how-to guides and user manuals, directly within the platform.
For your reference, I’ve attached a sample of one of our current documents.
Additionally, we may be interested in exploring Enterprise Plans, with an estimated user base of around 200. It would be helpful if the demo could touch on features and options relevant to that scale.
Our team of 7 to 9 members would like to join the personalized demo call from different locations. We are generally available at 10 AM EST, except on Thursdays.
Could you please share 2 or 3 available time slots that align with this timing? We’ll do our best to coordinate accordingly.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks and regards,
Diana Dolly SKP

Welcome @Diana Dolly SKP
For Confluence Enterprise, you indeed need to contact sales for your questions. This link can help: https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/contact?formType=product-features
To answer some of your questions:
1.Confluence out of the box doesn't support the import of the PDF files - see: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Can-I-upload-a-PDF-to-Confluence/qaq-p/2914330
2.Confluence indeed supports the creation of how to guides where you can include the templates for your pages
