SSO not working as expected

Getting the below message daily when I try to open the atlassian pages Confluence/Jira on the first launch.
Earlier we did not notice this behaviour

What happens when you click Continue? Are you redirected to your company’s identity provider, or do Jira and Confluence open immediately without prompting for credentials?

Also, is this happening just to you or across your entire organization? Knowing this will help narrow down whether it’s an actual SSO configuration issue, a standard Atlassian account-selection screen, or a session cookie problem.😉

Thank you for your reply.

After I click on Continue, Jira/Confluence opens immediately.

This is happening for users who have signed-in to multiple microsoft accounts in browser.

This behaviour was not observed earlier and has been observed since 25.05.2026.
