SP Horizontal Navigation macro not available in confluence cloud- What is the replacement?

Hi Team, 
we have recently migrated from confluence server to confluence cloud and noticed that the SP Horizontal Navigation macro is no longer available.

In server , we were using this macro to create horizontal navigation tabs such as:

All  |  SI |Guide |  Deprecated

If it was the horizontal navigation macro  in content formatting macros in Mosaic (formerly known as Content Formatting Macros), the Horizontal Navigation macro has been renamed to Tabs.

Please note that this is a third-party plugin. You will need to have Mosaic or another compatible Tabs macro installed to use this feature.

if you have a tabs plug in try /tabs

It would be great if you could share info (or potentially a visual/example) of this horizontal bar/macro. 👀

As Abi said, it would depend on if this was a third-party solution (Marketplace) or maybe something else.
If it were a Marketplace app feature, you could also find which app we're talking about > navigate to Marketplace > select an app > navigate to "Support" tab and reach out to the vendor directly via one of the listed support channels.
