Hi @yedek3 ,

Can you check what's the app status in admin.atlassian.com? Note that if your site was inactive, it may have been deactivated. You can look for any emails from Atlassian about site deactivation in your inbox.

When you navigate to your site (provided URL), try to see if there's an option to reactivate or restore the site. Atlassian may retain your data for a limited time after deactivation.

You can also check official docs such as Reactivate a subscription. Here's a quote from linked article:

Your app’s data is retained for 15 days (for free subscriptions) or 60 days (for paid subscriptions) after cancellation. If you reactive your subscription within this data retention period, your app's data and preferences will be restored.

At the end of the data retention period, your app’s data will be permanently deleted and can’t be recovered. Read our Data Storage FAQs for more information.
